OMB No.: 0970-0150. Description: This legislatively mandated report collects program and participant's data on all children and families receiving direct Child Care and Development Fund services. Aggregate data is collected and will be used to determine the scope, type, and methods of child care delivery, and to provide a report to Congress. The revisions in this report are proposed to further clarify existing information upon which the report is based and to provide data for GPRA performance measures.
