Which Administrator Was Taped By the Jeopardy Clue Crew? Jeopardy!’s field correspondents, known as the “Clue Crew,” travel the world to find “unique, fascinating, and entertaining” facts. On April 24, 2007, the Clue Crew visited EPA’s National Sustainable Design Expo on the National Mall in Washington, DC, where EPA Administrator Johnson was taped giving several clues for an upcoming show.

The Jeopardy! Crew also spent several hours filming additional clues with the student teams that were showcased during the National Sustainable Design Expo.  The teams, from universities across the country, were participating in the 3rd Annual P3 (People, Prosperity and the Planet) competition which challenges students to design cutting-edge, sustainable and commercially-viable environmental solutions to sustainability challenges. The P3 Award is given to the highest-rated student designs; EPA makes the selection based on recommendations from the National Academies judging panel.  The National Sustainable Design Expo also featured exhibits from government and nonprofit organizations.

Student Team This segment of Jeopardy! aired on January 23, 2008.
