The petitioning group of workers is the subject of an ongoing investigation whose scope includes the worker group at Wichita, Kansas. That ongoing investigation (TA-W-35,399) was also instituted on December 21, 1998. The determination resulting from TA-W-35,399 will include a ruling on eligibility for workers at Wichita, Kansas.
