Field of Membership Appeal. Closed pursuant to exemption (8). 2. Modification of NCUA's Indemnification Policy. Closed pursuant to exemptions (2) and (6). The Board voted unanimously that agency business required that these items be deleted from the agenda with less than the usual seven days notice and that no earlier announcement of these changes was possible. The previously announced items were the same two items deleted from the agenda. Since those were the only two items on the agenda, there being no agenda, the closed meeting was canceled.
