Sunshine Act Meeting

    Pursuant to the provisions of the ``Government in the Sunshine 
Act'' (5 U.S.C. 552b), notice is hereby given that the following matter 
will be withdrawn from the ``summary agenda'' for consideration at the 
open meeting of the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance 
Corporation scheduled to be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 18, 
1998, in the Board Room on the sixth floor of the FDIC Building located 
at 550-17th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.:

    Memorandum re: 1998 Alternative Dispute Resolution Annual Report 
to the Board.
