Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC); Public Meeting

SUMMARY: This notice announces the XVI public meeting of the BECC Board 
of Directors on Wednesday, June 24, 1998, from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. in 
Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico, at the Universidad Autonoma de Coahuila, 
located on Blvd. Venustiano Carranza y Gonzalez Lobo.
