The current limits for certain categories are being adjusted, variously, for swing, special shift, carryover, carryforward and recrediting unused carryforward. That directive concerns imports of certain cotton, wool and man-made fiber textiles and textile products and silk blend and other vegetable fiber apparel, produced or manufactured in Malaysia and exported during the period January 1, 1998 through December 31, 1998.
