Sleeping Room Rate: $201 (plus tax) or the prevailing government rate

A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the hotel for arrival on Monday, April 21, 2008, and departure on Wednesday, April 23, 2008. The EPA room block cutoff date has eclipsed, however rooms may be available. Please contact Maria Smith at (301) 670-4990 to inquire about current room availability. Please be sure to identify yourself as a member of the EPA Collaborative Science Meeting. Any room reservations received will be accepted on a space- and rate-availability basis. Any cancellation made by an individual must be done no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any room cancellation made after the 24-hour period or a no-show will be charged 1-night’s room and tax to the credit card on file.

From the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport:
From the airport, follow signs to the George Washington Memorial Parkway North to I-395 North. Bear left onto US-1 North toward Washington. US-1 becomes 14th Street, NW. Turn right onto New York Avenue, NW. Veer to the right onto H Street, NW. The hotel will be on the corner of 11th and H Streets, NW.
From Washington Dulles International Airport:
Take the Dulles Toll Road/VA-267 East. The Dulles Toll Road/VA 267 will become Route 66. Follow Route 66 East and take the US-50 East/Constitution Avenue Exit. Go straight ahead to merge onto US-50. Turn left on 15th Street, NW, and then turn right onto New York Avenue, NW. Turn right onto H Street, NW. The hotel will be at corner of 11th and H Streets, NW.
From Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport:
Take I-95 South to Exit 22B, Baltimore-Washington Parkway South. Take the exit for New York Avenue and travel 6 miles. Turn left onto 5th Street, NW, and travel 3½ blocks. Turn right on H Street, NW, and travel 5 blocks. The hotel will be at the corner of 10th and H Streets, NW.
From the South:
Take I-95 North to I-395 North to the 14th Street Bridge. As the lanes split, stay to the right. Take the exit for 12th Street and continue through the tunnel for 8 blocks. Turn right onto H Street and travel for 1 block. The hotel will be at the corner of 11th and H Streets, NW.
Metro Directions From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport:
Take the Blue Line toward Largo Town Center to the Metro Center Station. Exit the station using the 11th Street exit. There is an entrance to the hotel as you exit the station. Please visit www.wmata.org for additional Metro information and for directions.

Taxi service fares to the Grand Hyatt Washington from Dulles International Airport are approximately $60 one-way for one passenger; $90 one-way for one passenger from Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport; and $15 one-way for one passenger from the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Taxis are readily available from all of the airports (outside of baggage claim area) that service the Washington, DC, area.
Shuttle service is available at all of the airports (outside of the baggage claim area). Shuttle fares to the Grand Hyatt Washington from Dulles International Airport are approximately $38 one-way for one passenger; $10 one-way for one passenger from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport; and $50 one-way per passenger from Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport.
