    • ARS partners with USDA and other Federal agencies to provide research to help make sound policy and decisions. Commitment to these partnerships is one of ARS’s core values, and an integral part of our identity and success as the principle research arm of the USDA.

    In December 2003, Dr. Knipling and the Administrator’s Council will host a reception for representatives of our USDA and other Federal partners. The Secretary of Agriculture and other dignitaries will join ARS as we pay tribute to the indispensable partnerships we have with USDA and other federal agencies.
