ACTION: Proposed rule. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Oasis Financial Corporation proposing the allotment of Channel 282A to West Tisbury, Massachusetts, as that community's first local broadcast service. The channel can be allotted to West Tisbury at coordinates 41- 22-52 and 70-40-30. DATES: Comments must be filed on or before February 8, 1999, and reply comments on or before February 23, 1999.
