TCP respectfully requests waiver of the 30 day notice requirement and acceptance of the tariff sheet(s) to be effective November 2, 1998. TCP requests that the Commission grant any other waivers of its regulations that the Commission may deem necessary to accept TCP's tariff sheet(s) to be effective November 2, 1998, without hearing. TCP states that copies of the filing were served upon TCP's jurisdictional customers, interested public bodies and all parties to the proceeding. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
