Agenda Closed: September 2, 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm and September 3, 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm--To review the merit review processes covering funding decisions made during the immediately preceding three fiscal years of the Academic Research Fleet Operations Programs. Open: September 1, 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm, September 2, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, September 3, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm--To discuss and review academic fleet use and use-trends, specialized capabilities, institutional operations, research program projects, and comparative operations with other research fleets. Reason for Closing: During the closed session, the Committee will be reviewing proposal, i.e. financial analysis reports, that include privileged intellectual property and personal information that could harm individuals if they were disclosed.
