ACTION: Semiannual regulatory agenda. _______________________________________________________________________ SUMMARY: This agenda announces the regulations the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights will have under development during the 6-month period following publication of the agenda. The purpose for publishing this agenda is to give notice of any regulatory activity by the Commission in order to allow the public an opportunity to participate in the rulemaking process. Therefore, this agenda announces the revisions that will update Commission regulations, specifically 45 CFR 701, 702, 703, 705, and 706.
