National Council on the Arts 154th Meeting--Notice of Change

    Pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act 
(Public Law 92-463), as amended, notice is hereby given that the 
meeting of the National Council on the Arts previously announced for 
March 24, 2005 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. will now also include a closed 
session on March 23, 2005, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. (times are 
approximate). In accordance with the determination of the Chairman of 
March 11, 2005, this session will be closed to the public pursuant to 
subsection (c)(4), (6) and (9)(B) of section 552b of Title 5, United 
States Code.
    Any interested persons may attend, as observers, Council 
discussions and reviews that are open to the public. If you need 
special accommodations due to a disability, please contact the Office 
of AccessAbility, National Endowment for the Arts, 1100 Pennsylvania 
Avenue, NW., Washington, DC 20506, 202/682-5532, TTY-TDD 202/682-5429, 
at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
