The City of DeBary operates 6 parks and administers
soccer leagues, senior programs, and a Summer Day Camp program. Please call the Park’s Office

available for rental. There are also
Volusia County parks located in DeBary including Gemini Springs Park, the largest park in Volusia
County, and Lake Monroe Park which includes boat ramps and fishing

The Park is named for William Keller who
served on the Volusia County Council, District 5, and was active in the
community prior to the City’s Incorporation . The 19-acre park is geared to the sports enthusiast with 2 tennis courts, 3 baseball diamonds, 2 basketball courts, and 1.4-mile fitness trail. The Park also has a playground with climbers, swings, and slides. The new concession stand will be open during league play or for special events Free admission. Parking is available for 162 vehicles. Sports Field Reservations Reservations must be made for all Sports Fields. To reserve a Sports Field for practice and for games, call the Parks’ Office at (386) 456-5150 to reserve a Sports Field for practice and games or to inquire about the Sports Fields. Rob Sullivan Park, formerly known as Community Park, is
named for a former City Council Member who was instrumental in putting
together the parks system in DeBary. This park is gated and consists of 10 acres
primarily devoted to Sports. The Park has two baseball diamonds, one
basketball court, one softball field and one soccer field. In early 2004, the fields were
laser leveled and new basketball goals were added. The Park’s
Concession Stand has been renovated and re-opened in May 2004. Free

Memorial Park consists of 2.5 acres of land, which was
donated by the Gray family to the City of DeBary as a place to recognize
individuals and groups. The Dedication and Opening of the Park was held
on Memorial Day 1999 when the Park was dedicated to Veterans, departed
local heroes, and residents. The Park is a peaceful and restful place and there are 5 pavilions for picnics. The Park features an F-15 Eagle aircraft and the USS Langley’s anchor, which are prominently displayed. The Eagle and a hillside garden are brightly illuminated each evening and are visible from Dirksen Drive. There is parking available for 12 vehicles. For

Located on Spur Road. This newly-renovated fenced-in
Park is a small lot size area where neighbors and kids can walk to the
Park. No parking area is provided. Kids ages 2 to 12 will enjoy a variety of playground swings and structures. Check out the innovative Star Seeker – our Park is one of the first to have this new type of playground equipment. The Park features a 30’ x 20’ half basketball court and a pavilion with a grill, table and benches. No reservations are needed, except for parties. The pavilion can be reserved.

Power Park is a gift to the children of DeBary from
Progress Energy (fka Florida Power Corporation) and Florida Power &
Light. This is a small park in a residential area equipped with a half basketball court, a swing set, and playground equipment with climbing bars, decks, and slides. A pavilion, shaded by old oak trees, has two tables with benches just right for a small picnic. For information and to reserve for parties,

The Park is a 100-acre triangular-shaped property that abuts the St. Johns River for a distance of about 2300 feet on its south side and will provide public access to the natural environment of the St. Johns River. The City plans to create a new outdoor conservation and recreation area in the form of a passive waterfront park, with family picnic shelters, fishing pier, playground, and nature walks with interpretive signs describing natural communities and habitats. A wide variety of birds inhabit the area, such as the egret shown above. Clusters of Live oak, Southern Magnolia, Cypress, Sweetgum,
