There is no complicated enrollment process involved. Simply contact a servicing Fleet Management Center or local Fleet Service representative (FSR) to obtain a customer number and an access code. Then, log on to GSA Fleet Drive-thru and let the reporting begin.

In addition to Mileage Express, other mileage reporting options available to GSA Fleet customers include:

  • File Transfer Protocol: this method is designed for vehicle inventories of 100 or more. One file per month is transferred electronically to the GSA database.
  • Dial-a-Mile: mileages can be reported for up to 20 vehicles using the telephone mileage reporting system, Dial-a-Mile. Just dial the toll free number (877) 472-3773, and key in the mileages. An access code is necessary to use Dial-a-Mile, the same code assigned for use with Mileage Express.
  • GORP (Get Odometer Readings at the Pump): if you use the Voyager fleet card to fuel your GSA Fleet vehicles, you need only to request that your local FSR identify you as a "GORP customer" in Fleet's vehicle inventory database.  Monthly odometer readings will be pulled electronically from mileage entries made at the pump during fueling and reported directly to GSA Fleet's system.
