Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Nov. 7)—During a three-day business development mission to Vietnam, Secretary of Commerce Carlos M. Gutierrez visited the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology to address the students regarding Vietnam’s place in the global marketplace and the importance of trade, commerce and innovation to increasing international trade and creating opportunity and prosperity around the world. Gutierrez was accompanied on the trip with representatives from 22 U.S. companies seeking opportunities to boost their exports to Vietnam. (More)
