Directions to the Charleston Office:  Take I-26 East, Exit at Cosgrove Ave./Route 7 (2nd of 2).  Continue on Cosgrove Ave. towards Naval Base.  Turn left onto Spruill Ave.  Turn right at first light, and continue straight to end of road.   Look for 3 story, red brick building on your left at corner of McMillan and Noisette Blvd.  Park in visitor parking.  Office is on 1st floor, Suite 100.
