PURPOSE: GSA is offering a comprehensive 4 day class that will cover all aspects of Excess Personal Property Disposal. This course is designed to teach you how to legally report, dispose of, screen, acquire and sell Excess Personal Property.

- Reporting Excess Property
- The Utilization and Donation Program
- Disposition of Special Categories of Property
- Hazardous and Abandonment and Destruction Authorities,
- Disposal of Seized, Forfeited and Voluntarily Abandoned Personal Property
- GSAXcess, Computers for Learning (CFL)
- GSA Sales of Personal Property

• Keep Left at the fork in the ramp (This will take you South).
• Merge onto I-25 S/US-87 S.
• Follow I-25 to US-6 WEST/6TH AVE WEST (Use Exit 209B).
• Follow 6 West to Kipling.
• Exit Kipling Street, South (left turn off of ramp)
• Take Kipling for about 2 blocks (two traffic lights after left turn).
• The Federal Center will be on your right (fenced in area).
• Enter the Federal Center through Visitor Gate, Gate One (marked by welcome flags).
• Show your ID at the guard’s gate.
