National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
Administers the National Labor Relations Act, the primary law governing relations between unions and employers in the private sector, which guarantees the right of employees to organize and bargain collectively with their employers.

Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service (FMCS)
Offers services in areas that include dispute mediation, arbitration, and preventive mediation.

National Mediation Board (NMB)
