Networx Fair Opportunity Award StatusNetworx Enterprise and Universal contracts were competed as two separate acquisitions resulting in multiple awardees for each acquisition. In making a Fair Opportunity decision, agencies must first determine which of the two acquisitions can best fulfill their requirements - Universal or Enterprise. Following the Fair Opportunity process, agencies must consider all awardees within that acquisition and give each contractor a Fair Opportunity to satisfy the agencies requirements. Agencies may consider each contractor’s price or issue a Statement of Work (SOW). Either method can result in a Fair Opportunity decision award. Fair Opportunity decisions are made on a logical group of agency requirements. This logical group of requirements can range from a simple set of services to all agency service requirements; i.e., Calling Cards Services, all or some Data Services, all or some Voice Services, MPLS networks, etc. The Fair Opportunity Award Decision Status report lists the number of Fair Opportunity decisions awarded to each Networx Universal and Networx Enterprise contractor as reported to GSA. Agencies are identified as either “Large” or “Other.”
