MTDGSAM: Multiple-Trait Gibbs Sampler for Animal Models

Welcome to the multiple trait Gibbs sampler for animal models (MTGSAM) home page. The program was developed by Curt Van Tassell and Dale Van Vleck at the USDA US Meat Animal Research Center (USMARC). We hope you find the programs useful. Please take a moment to fill out the user information form so that we can contact you with upgrade information and bug fixes.

The program is quite new and there are bound to be bugs. Please contact Curt Van Tassell (e-mail curtvt@aipl.arsusda.gov) with any problems with the program or discovered bugs.

• Read the changes file for information about modifications to MTGSAM files
• Get the MTGSAM programs (compressed)
• Get the threshold version of the MTGSAM programs
• Get the "diff" file (compressed) containing differences between versions of the program
• Get the manual
• Obtain information about the MTGSAM utility programs
• FTP the userinfo.txt file to enter user information (mail completed form)
• Enroll or signoff GISAB-L a listserver for Gibbs sampling in animal breeding
• Get the Microsoft Powerstation fix for Windows 95 (compressed)
