Annual Performance Planning

Utilizing customer input, AFM management reviewed all objectives identified in the AFM strategic plan and selected those of highest priority to be worked over the next 12 to 18 months. These priority objectives were assigned to teams to develop action plans that include performance targets, performance indicators, and strategies. These action plans will lead to the development of the annual performance plan required by GPRA.
