U.S. v. Allen Dairy Products, Inc.
Criminal No.: HCR-92-164 (N.D. Ind.)

One-count information was filed in U.S. District Court in Hammond, Indiana, charging Allen Dairy Products, Inc. of Fort Wayne, Indiana, with rigging bids, in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, for the award and performance of contracts to supply dairy products to schools and school districts in Allen, DeKalb, Elkhart, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, St. Joseph, Steuben and Whitley Counties, Indiana, beginning at least as early as 1985 and continuing at least into 1988.

U.S. v. Robert Shulman
Criminal No.: 92-0445 (D. Md.)

One-count information was filed in U.S. District Court in Baltimore, Maryland, charging Robert Shulman, former president of Bolar Pharmaceutical Co., Inc. of Copiague, New York, with fixing the price, in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, of generic Dyazide, beginning in or about February 1988 and continuing thereafter through April 1989. Generic Dyazide is a drug generally prescribed for the treatment of hypertension or high blood pressure.
