U.S. v. Hussmann Corporation, et al.
Criminal No.: (N.D. I11.)

One-count indictment returned in U.S. District Court in Chicago, Illinois, charging Hussmann Corporation of Bridgeton, Missouri and Alex Janows & Company and its president, Sherwin Janows, both of Chicago, with violating Section 1 of the Sherman Act (15 U.S.C. § 1) by participating in a bid-rigging conspiracy between 1984 and 1988 for contracts on food service equipment projects that include construction of commercial kitchens, cafeterias, dining areas and other facilities which provide food and beverage in the greater Chicago metropolitan area and surrounding cities.
