Add Subsidiary Statements if Relevant
If your organization is a sub-unit of an audited entity, in addition to the financial statements of the audited entity, provide financial statements at the level of the specific unit that is applying for the MDCP award, whether or not such statements are audited.

What to Do If No Statements Are Audited
If you don't have audited financial statements, provide the most recent "pro forma" statements. In such a case, also provide a statement indicating whether or not your organization currently has an auditor and when it plans to issue audited financial statements.
