April 26 - “Today’s record setting report on new home sales is evidence that tax cuts and a pro-growth agenda are making the dream of homeownership a reality for working families. The most powerful medicine for our economy is simply allowing American families to keep more of the money they earn. As our economy gets stronger more Americans will have a chance to buy a new home.”

Note: Today, the Census Bureau at the Commerce Department released data showing that sales of new family houses increased +8.9% to 1.228 million units in March, above market expectations of about 1.170 million units. This is the highest level of new home sales on record.
