FOR
IMMEDIATE RELEASE Saturday,
But, as the global marketplace makes the world smaller and smaller, opportunities for American workers are being threatened. Other countries recognize just how valuable trade can be to their economies and they're aggressively cutting international trade deals. Meantime, the United States is on the sidelines, because our President doesn't have the authority he needs to bargain effectively for our country's interests. Congress needs to grant the President Trade Promotion Authority, so he can make sure America's workers don't get left behind in the global economy. |
