Influenza Surveillance

Influenza is a seasonal illness that occurs each winter in Wisconsin and throughout the United States. Wisconsin health officials track influenza to identify the strains of the virus circulating and to determine when influenza activity increases in any given year.

We have a new look!

We recently unveiled our new logo for the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services. The logo will appear on our website as well as printed publications. While our department has a variety of services, the simplicity of the logo reminds us that as always, people come first with our agency.
