On September 15, APHSA released "For Those We Serve," its white paper outlining the concerns of the nation’s health and human service commissioners. The paper is their call to action for restoring a proper focus and national priority for the children and families we serve. It surveys the many urgent needs we see in our communities and sets the stage for detailed policy recommendations that will follow this fall.
