Information, including project descriptions, and contact names, is available for all awards made since 1994.

Search Engine

The Search Engine allows for complex searches based on user determined keywords as well as predefined pop-up menus. Up to three keywords can be entered. The pop-up menus are for application area, state, and year.

Keywords

Keywords are connected either by an "AND" or by an "OR." The default is "AND." Thus, if you do not indicate "OR," a keyword entry of telemedicine for keyword 1 and rural for keyword 2 would retrieve records for all projects containing both telemedicine AND rural.

You can, of course, select "OR" — in this case, a keyboard entry of telemedicine for keyword 1 and rural for keyword 2 would retrieve records for all projects containing either telemedicine OR rural.

Pop-up Menus

Keywords are not required for searches. The pop-up menu allows a listing of all records by state and/or year funded. Also, the pop-up menus serve as a mechanism to refine the search further. For example, if you wish to find information on projects involving Portland, Maine, but not Portland, Oregon, you would choose Portland as a keyword and select Maine from the state pop-up menu. Key words are not required.
