Here for You!

Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Fort Lauderdale acquires supplies and services for U.S. diplomatic and service posts throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada.

As a small, service oriented procurement office we provide expertise for purchases of all sizes. Our knowledgeable contract specialists are experienced with complex acquisition procedures and know the vendors unique to the Western Hemisphere region.

We Know Acquisition

RPSO Fort Lauderdale provides our customers with the best supplies and services possible, at the best prices possible.

We handle every step of the acquisition process from the solicitation of quotations or proposals, through the processing of purchase orders and the writing of contracts. We’ve also simplified the process for commonly ordered supplies and services and have the ability to manage specialized acquisitions over $100,000.

We Know Contractors

We have relationships with a wide range of local vendors and make special efforts to include small, disadvantaged, veteran-owned, woman-owned, and minority-owned businesses as contractors. Working with these companies can improve delivery time and reduce costs.

Another service available to our customers is an Expedited Logistics Program (ELP). Our office, in conjunction with the Miami Despatch Agency, has implemented an ELP program similar to the successful program implemented by the European Logistics Support Office (ELSO) and the Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt. The program offers an easy, fast, and cost-effective way to acquire commonly used items, such as household appliances and emergency items.

We attract the best-qualified contractors by advertising our major solicitations on FedBizOpps.gov, and at posts when qualified local contractors are available.
