Research Focus:

When fully developed, research will focus on five areas:

  • Brain Development and Function;

  • Dietary Factors (Non-Traditional Nutrients or Functional Foods);

  • Bone Development and Remodeling;

  • Childhood Obesity;

  • Enhancement of Immune Function.

Currently, there are two areas of research being conducted:
