10 in 10 Challenge Week 6

10 in 10 is back and our trainers have created a circuit training program that combines cardiovascular workouts with basic strength training exercises. Each workout is designed to be done in 10 minutes and incorporates 10 cardio movements and 10 strength training exercises. These short but effective workouts can be done once a day for the beginner, several times through out the day for more active participants, or back-to-back for those who really want to break a sweat.  Both cardio and strength training programs require very little equipment (exercise bands or dumb bells) and can be done in the privacy of your own home.  Remember to consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
