AAS specializes in GSA managed acquisition using Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Multiple Award Schedules (MAS), and 8(a) set asides to procure hardware, software, integrated services and professional services as required by client agencies.

GSA managed acquisitions allow client agencies to delegate some or all of the elements of the acquisition. When clients call, they set in motion seasoned government contracting officers and professional certified master project managers who help define what the client needs and the best way to get it.

AAS provides technical, acquisition, program and financial management customized to each project as directed by the client. GSA will define the requirements, write statements of work, perform market surveys, develop acquisition strategies, run technical evaluation boards, and evaluate best value. They can then manage the project after award, including scheduling, deliverables, cost, accounts-payable, financial oversight and will close the task order when completed.

Depending on agency requirements, GSA manages contractor performance, project funding and invoice payment, and any 8(a) and/or small business credit goes back to the client agency.
