Secretary Gutierrez Testifies on Capitol Hill about Comprehensive Immigration Reform

Washington (Feb. 28)—Commerce Secretary Carlos M. Gutierrez and Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff today testified before the full Senate Judiciary Committee on comprehensive immigration reform.
