Fall Prevention on High Walls

Labor, industry and MSHA have worked jointly to develop this outreach training program on fall prevention and protection for miners working on highwalls. It is a very broad program that includes control measures, hazard recognition, special precautions due to weather, fall prevention and fall protection. It consists of 35 color slides that graphically promote and explain how to work safely around highwalls and the necessary precautions to follow at all times.  The program is in two formats. One is PDF and the other is Microsoft Power Point 97 ®. Please feel free to download either version. We are also providing you with an "instruction guide" for this program. It provides a "frame by frame" description of the program. This is provided in HTML format and may be printed out.
