GSAAdvantage!® Disaster Relief  is a section of GSAAdvantage!® (GSA's online shopping and ordering system). Specifically, it provides federal, state and local agencies access to the acquisition of supplies and equipment needed to support requirements for disaster relief and emergency preparedness.

State and local government entities may use GSA Advantage!® to purchase products and services under both the Cooperative Purchasing Program and the Disaster Recovery Purchasing Program. Payments for state and local government purchases on GSA Advantage!® are limited to credit card payments using a state or local government issued credit card.
