Forge more results-oriented, cost effective travel and relocation programs and policy
Accomplish world-class management of travel and relocation
Install travel and relocation best business practices
Improve workforce planning and quality of life in areas related to travel and relocation
Expand the use of E-Government
GSA is proud to advocate world-class innovations and leading practices by honoring federal travel and relocation management and workplace development. This award is established to serve as a catalyst to improve travel and relocation management in the federal government. GSA's goal in giving this award is to recognize and publicize innovative achievements for the benefit of the entire federal community.
Agencies are encouraged to share innovative, cost-effective, or timesaving achievements that have improved travel and/or relocation management, and can serve as best practices. Federal participation is essential to share proven strategies and tactics to help organizations across the government to be more highly effective and results-oriented. As our country changes, our mandate for excellence is creating a stronger, more responsive government to serve our customers and taxpayers better.
