The U.S. Commercial Service of the U.S. Department of Commerce, Maaze.com, and the American Chamber of Commerce, invite U.S. software vendors in the IT-security enterprise market to meet with Nordic value added resellers (VAR’s) and end-users at the 2nd PowerNetworking event. U.S. IT-security manufacturers will have the opportunity to meet potential customers and present a 10-15 minute sales pitch to each of them during two 3-4 hour sessions in each of the four countries. Between 20 and 30 Nordic companies or groups are expected to attend in each country. VAR’s and system integrators may also be joined by their customers/end-users. The number of U.S. vendors is limited to 15, and will be pre-qualified selected on a first-come first-serve basis.

· Obtain accurate knowledge of the region and establish relationships with key players
· U.S. Commercial Service and Maaze.com will help coordinate logistics during your stay, including reserving rooms at U.S. Embassy rates and suggesting itineraries
Who should participate?
U.S. companies must be successful and innovative in the U.S. market, targeting the enterprise market with a novel product/service within IT security, not physical security. Also, the U.S. company should have specialized IT security solutions, not mainstream client/gateway-based firewalls and anti-virus.
Facilitation fee of USD 1000 for all four countries, air fair and hotel not included. The American Chamber of Commerce is currently looking for sponsors to cover the cost of lunch and venue, so no additional expenses are expected.
