End-Use Checks

The following three checks were created for you to use at various stages of your order processing system to review exports, reexports and selected transfers of U.S. items. The purpose is to provide a step-by-step process to determine whether a license is required based on the end-use prohibitions of Part 744 of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The checks are offered in a MS Word format for your editing convenience. In addition to updating them when Part 744 is changed, you will want to customize the instructions under each step to be consistent with your Export Management System procedures.
