14. Description of Amendment/Modification (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.)

The purpose of this modification is as follows:

1. To exercise the option to extend the term of the contract for Option Period 1 (Item 0002) for the twelve-month period of 10/1/03 through 9/30/04; and

2. To implement the findings and conclusions of the report required under section C.3.1 of the contract, specifying (a) metrics for processing times for requests under section 2.1.1.2 of the contract, and (b) elements to be included in reporting on delegation and re-delegation requests, such report incorporated herein by reference.

All other terms and conditions of Order DG1335-03-SE-0336 remain the same.
