The Office of Communications and Marketing is organized into four areas:

Creative Services Division assists with the GSA Brand and ensures that GSA graphic standards are consistently and properly applied.

  • Provides creative design concepts for advertisements, brochures, reports, posters and exhibits. Takes the production process through to printing completion.
  • Serves as the liaison to the Government Printing Office (GPO), providing tracking and quality control for all GSA print and reproduction jobs.

Enterprise Web Management Division Is responsible for GSA’s primary websites:  gsa.gov and the internal GSA Employee Intranet.

  • gsa.gov is GSA's  primary web portal and  is the online marketing channel for all the goods and services GSA offers to federal customer agencies, vendors, and citizens.
  • The GSA Employee Intranet provides information to GSA employees and supports transactional capabilities for personnel-related functions.

Promotions Division is responsible for film and  video production and teleconferencing technology services.

  • Produces films in the GSA studio or on location; provides tapes, DVDs, and CDs;
  • Broadcasts video clips to GSA employees’ desktop computers; and receives and sends satellite broadcasts.  This group also offers teleproduction services to other federal agencies.
  • Coordinates production and filming of videos and television broadcasts at GSA.

The Office of Public Affairs is responsible for internal and external communications responsibilities for GSA.  This allows the agency to present an integrated and coordinated message to GSA associates, the news media, the federal government, industry, trade and professional associations and all other stakeholders, depending on the issue.
