Leadership Evaluation and Development (LEAD)
Program

The first class of AFM's future leaders graduated from the AFM Leadership Evaluation and Development (LEAD) Program February 13, 2003.

In a ceremony with the AFM Council, AFM Deputy Administrator Jim Bradley congratulated Scott Finke (ITD), Mari Gomez (Weslaco, TX), and Kirk Webber (ITD) for their hard work and commitment during the two year LEAD program.

Current LEAD participants are:

• Lisa Baldus (FMD),
• Rick Buske (ITD),
• Maryanne Cage (Kearneysville, WV),
• Earl Griffin (Athens, GA),
• Lorraine Thaden (HRD), and
• Carolyn Williams (College Station, TX).
