For your convenience, PHMSA accepts any of the following major credit cards:

PHMSA uses Pay.gov to make secure electronic payments for Hazmat and Pipeline Safety Civil Fines and Penalties, FOIA requests, and for Pipeline Safety User Fee Payment. Payments can be made directly from your bank account or by credit/debit card.

All ePayment transactions involving credit card related information is performed using a secured server at 128-bit encryption.  Federal regulations require that your browser support 128-bit encryption to complete ePayment transactions.  Minimum browser requirements are as follows (all browsers must include 128-bit encryption):
