Synopsis:
Y50721X - Professional Photography
The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure, on a
sole-source basis, professional photography services from Sam Kittner
Photography.
The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government
intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the
authority of FAR 13.106. This notice of intent is not a request
for competitive proposals.
