Synopsis:
DACS07Q2157 Hercules Upgrade Support
The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure, on a
sole-source basis, services for professional services support for
the upgrade from Citadel Hercules Application version 4.0 to version
4.1 SP1. As the developer of the Hercules software, Citadel Security
Software, Inc. has unique knowledge of all aspects of the software.
The authority for this sole source simplified acquisition is FAR
13.106. The anticipated period of performance is two weeks. This
notice is not a request for proposals.
