	DHAP-Ike Lease Addendum Note: Attached is the Lease Addendum for the DHAP-Ike families which shall not be effective until November 1, 2008.
	Disaster Rent Subsidy Contract (DRSC) Note: Attached is the Disaster Rent Subsidy Contract (DRSC). Please note that the earliest date a PHA may pay rent subsidy under the DHAP-Ike DRSC is November 1st 2008.
