RCC Recommended Call Hours
The RCC suggest the callers to make their calls during the low volume hours of the day, which based on statistical analysis of historical information are the following:
9:00am – 10:00am
2:00pm – 3:00pm
6:00pm – 7:00pm

Note
: Attached is the Disaster Rent Subsidy Contract (DRSC). Please note that the earliest date a PHA may pay rent subsidy under the DHAP-Ike DRSC is November 1st 2008.
