List of CFR Sections Affected (LSA): Search
This LSA Compilation does not have the effect of law, regulation or ruling.
It is designed as a finding aid for historical research in the various
titles of the Code of Federal Regulations. Documents are available as
ASCII text and Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files.
- To search by CFR citation, enter the title number (in quotes) long
with the part and section. The part and section number should be connected
with the ADJ Boolean operator. For example: "title 21" AND
(520 ADJ 905e).
- To narrow a search, use the Boolean operators ADJ (adjacent), AND,
OR and NOT. For example: "environmental protection agency"
AND superfund.
- To find variations on words, truncation can be used. For example:
legislat* will retrieve both legislation and legislative.
