Telecommunication Operations helps support the Herbert C. Hoover Building's (HCHB) voice, video, and data telecommunications requirements, including phone billing and the telephone directory. Telecommunication Operations works in conjunction with the Departmental Office of Security, Infrastructure, and Technology to ensure the security of HCHB networking and telecommunication resources; and with the Office of IT Policy and and Planning to develop and coordinate Department-wide procedures from acquiring and managing telecommunications services.
